How do I place an order? +
Follow the Buy link on any product to pay securely through Stripe. If you'd like personalisation or something bespoke, get in touch first and we'll sort out the details before you pay.
How long will my order take? +
Everything is made to order by hand, so pieces are typically made and shipped within 2–4 weeks. If you have a deadline, let me know and I'll tell you what's possible.
Can I have my initials added? +
Yes — many pieces can be embossed with initials by hand. Mention it when you order, or message me beforehand if you'd like to check.
What leather and hardware do you use? +
Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, which ages beautifully and is biodegradable and repairable. Belt hardware comes from J.T. Batchelor in East London.
How much is shipping? +
Postage is £5 for UK mainland addresses, added at checkout through Stripe. International and other shipping can be arranged — just email me.
How do I choose my belt size? +
The most reliable way is to measure a belt you already wear, from the fold at the buckle to the hole you use. The belt sizing guide walks through it with a diagram.
Can I return an item? +
Because pieces are made to order and often personalised, they're generally exempt from the standard distance-selling cancellation right. Faulty or not-as-described items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act. Full details on the returns & terms page.
Can you make something bespoke? +
Often, yes — I enjoy commissions. Send me your idea via the contact form and I'll let you know if it's something I can make, and what it would cost.
How do I care for my leather? +
Use it, keep it dry, and condition it occasionally. There's a full leather care guide with everything you need.
